"Clean room"

"3 elevators broken - huge waits for the elevator"

"The room was not cleaned properly. I had a blood stain on the duvet. I requested the betting to be changed five times without it being done. ✅ The baseboards were chipper’s the wallpaper was peeling. Carpets are dirty. When I walked with my socks, they were stained brown. Disappointing for the amount of $$ spent."

"The ceiling of our bathroom started to leak water and bubble, leaking onto the toilet. Thankfully we were checking out as soon as heavy rain happened. The hotel room was super incredibly small for the price. It was practically a shoebox. The bathroom was incredibly small."

"Great stay central to many things."

"Excellent customer service! Perfect location. We had such a pleasant and will definitely be returning!"

"Hotel gets away with location. Had an issue with toilet and we had to fix it. Not even an apology. Staff rude during check in. Coffee, tissues, bottles of water nor toilet paper were replaced during our stay however we were charged a "Resort Fee" per night. Location is good but staff service and amenities are not. Plenty of other options around."

"Good location, simple rooms. Not much to it but it’s comfortable and easy to access the whole city using transit from this area."

"Everything was excellent! Awesome location, and the rooftop bar is very nice, they had private events most of the nights, but we were finally able to visit on our last night. Drinks were delicious!"
