From my previous travels,I’ve experienced hotels in the past that hide fees.I called the hotel to get some information; they were so professional and warm from the very first moment that I bought my package right away. We checked in at 1AM and didn't pay a single extra cent. Everyone from the front deskstaff and security to the housekeeping team was incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel smelled wonderful, and our room smelled like home!!...

"Some years ago we had the fortune to stay here and we had a great and pleasant time. My family and I were excited to go back and a spend a weekend this time. However, our air tickets were cancelled the some day to inclement weather in the midwest. We had several thunderstorms, tornado warnings and flash flooding warnings. "The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great."
