"From the moment we entered Friendliness was the Name of the Game! Tasha showed us to our room and told us everything we needed to know. The room was nice, large, well renovated, bed was very comfortable. We went to eat in the dining room for our evening meal which was delicious. The staff were very willing to accommodate vegan options on their meal choices and there was one vegan option on the specials board (please not risotto - why is risotto the goto vegan meal for every hotel - why not get some frozen beyond beef burgers and give a vegan burger option for instance) "

"All of the above plus convenient parking. Lovely pub garden and also seating space by the river opposite the front. Lovely village. Felt the worn mattress should be replaced. A weird dip in the floor and some plusher carpet. A bigger TV would make viewing from the bed easier. Nice bathroom that looks recent."
