"Cosy cottage? This is a 3 Bedroomed, large house with the owner living next door. It is very comfortable, especially the downstairs. Its in a lovely area for walks etc.- we took our bikes and had a lovely time seeing some small villages around and a great Pub,10 minutes walk away. "Lovely comfortable spacious cottage in a great location for making the most of the many local walks in the wonderful Dorset countryside. Good accessibility to the local beaches and other attractions in the area with the delightful Beaminster town centre only a short walk away from the cottage. The pretty garden was an unexpected bonus and perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and are keen to come back !"

"We had a lovely stay, the property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location for us was great, if you like walking then highly recommend. Within 40 minutes drive there is a large number of places to visit and the village has everything you need. Pub within a couple of minutes walk as well as shops for supplies. Would happily stay here again."

"We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes."

"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"What a stunning cottage in the most beautiful area! And I cannot recommend Adrian and his daughter as hosts enough. The cottage was perfect for our family celebrations, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean with fans provided for the warmer nights too, bonus! Also noted heaps of extra blankets for colder months too, nice touch. And the views were beautiful! We were lucky to have full use of all the areas as we were the only guests, we chose the allocated farmhouse BBQ area...

"Cottage just georgous, lovely and quiet. We had a good rest whilst enjoying the local sites of Wells and Frome. We enjoyed a meal at the Oakhill pub at the end of the road, a very good recommendation. Beds were compfy, shower good, everything you need kitchen wise, garden great for our small dogs. The fire was great and we were kept very warm. For us, the sofa was the only downside. Ultimately we loved our stay ❤️"

"We had a fabulous stay in this special cottage. Everything was very comfortable and the main bedroom is superb. We all enjoyed watching the very sociable chickens and enjoyed their eggs. We also had a visit from ‘Toast’ the farmhouse dog who was extremely sweet and well behaved and came up to say hello ((now my boys want a dog like him…) My boys really enjoyed the land around the cottage and especially the rope swing which they had great fun on. "Really great place to stay for large group get together, we had 6 adults and 4 kids staying at one point and it didn’t feel crowded at all! The place was really clean and the grounds and amenities were really excellent. We met one of the hosts and he was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone to go for. A stay ! Lovely and quiet and a great base for day trips to cheddar, wells and only an hour or so the coast and Bristol."

"The property was in a lovely quiet location, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Great communication with owners Matt & Abby and very welcoming when we arrived. Location was perfect for exploring Somerset, we visited several National Trust places and the north coast neat Dunster. Lovely weekend away, would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
