"The hotel was clean, only downside is lots of flies in the restaurant area around the windows and in our room the paintwork was a bit shoddy. Tea and coffee was filled back up daily. Reception staff were friendly enough, as restaurant staff. Did witness one woman in particular who was bringing food out drop food on 3 guests and also some on the floor . We hadn't planned to go in the caves initially, as the hotel was a base more so for us, but we did in the end and they were good..would have been nice to have done an add on ticket at a reduced price as we were staying in the hotel though..i know you can do this whilst booking, but would've been nice to still have had it as an option. All in all avery pleasant place to stay."

"On arrival we were greeted in a polite cheerful manner, and shown to our room. The room and onsuit facilities were clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and approachable. The food was great, well presented and apatising. Overall a friendly welcoming establishment. We would definitely stay there again. "
