"Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. "The hotel was absolutely lovely! We were warmly welcomed by the people who work there. They answered all of our questions about Haarlem. The rooms were very clean and cheerful as was the rest of the hotel. It just had a very nice, warm, clean vibe about it. I also liked the location as we could venture out to different parts of the town and easily find our way back. We were also able to walk to and from the train station. It’s a 10 minute train ride to the beach and a 20 minute train ride to Amsterdam city center. Very convenient!"
