"It’s an ibis so you know what you’re getting. I always forget there’s no kettle though 😢 Early flight so we didn’t have breakfast. Airport shuttle was a good facility."

"The room was clean enough but could have been better, we found some stuff that was left behind by the previous occupiers of the room under the bed so not sure how well it was cleaned. Air condition was not working properly, we could not switch the fan of during the night which did not help. We did reported this but no action was taken. House keeping did not replenish the coffee we had used in the room so I had to go down to reception to get some. It was quickly resolved but for that style of hotel (4 stars) that should not be needed. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Location was good for the itinerary we had planned. Staff was very pleasant. the only complaint we have is the poor bathroom design with lack of shelves and hooks."

"Hotel was very accommodating and being close to the park was amazing. Very close to the tram lines and public transit. The hotel shuttle was very helpful getting to and from the airport. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. "

"A convenient cheaper alternative to the high cost hotels in Amsterdam. Yes it’s not in the centre but there is always a train about to leave central station and the journey is 6 minutes. "
