"Our little family of 3 stayed here, including a 1 year old. Got in around 10pm. Parked across the street and took an elevator to the skyway, which was really nice and convenient. We checked in with the front desk. The person checking us in seemed tired or just “not in the mood” or something but wasn’t rude and got us checked in and explained parking and check out.
