"The Amway Hilton has always been a superior hotel to stay at but has gone down hill in recent years. The rooms are stark with no amenities. It doesn't even have a coffee pot in the room anymore. Just a disappointment when you expect more."

"I booked this hotel for a birthday trip and was willing to pay a little more per night for the walking distance to downtown. The location of this hotel is a 10/10. That alone may be worth the price. You can walk to the beach, all the downtown shops, a gas station, bars, etc. and there is free parking. The staff was so nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints about the room were the lack of shelves in the shower, the lack of closet (there is a rack to hang clothes from...

"We were not told that when you check in to stay for more than one night that you have to request housekeeping service so when we returned and the garbage was still full and the wet towels on the floor we were taken aback. Other than that the stay was good."

"Conveniently located at the center of downtown allowed us to visit a variety of restaurants and sample drinks without the burden of an Uber or driving. Safe location, modern room and amazing shower! Tall ceilings and practical use of space. "

"I did not like all the pot holes on the property. The back door did not work, our room key did not work in it.We enjoyed our clean suite, large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was almost everything you could think of. The server at breakfast was very friendly and always eager to please and assist where necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you."
