"Hampton Beach is a fun and unique area. This is a fun and unique hotel. Don’t judge this book by its cover. Rooms are fully renovated, everyone is friendly, parking is easy, no hassles and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back again."

"Right on the beach strip, can walk to everything on the beach. Simple but clean rooms. Heated pool although we didn’t use. Parking is two blocks away but easy enough to get to and from after you’ve unloaded in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again for either a beach day or local event. "

"You get what you pay for. A room to stay in. Everything was fine except no refrigerator in room. But a cooler with ice takes care of that."

"Room was ok. very close to everything! Could use some updates walls are very thin and there could be better pillows and a microwave in the room. Travled with a 3yr old and needed one but overall it was do able. "

"I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. "
