"While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more."

"Wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful log home. Access to the lake, dock and kayaks was a bonus. We had a blast on the lake and did a good amount of fishing. We will definitely be back! "

"Our family of three adults, one teenager, one 9-year-old, and a dog, spent a fabulous week at this lovely home. So much to do at the pristine, quiet lake. We loved the variety of small craft to choose from, and were delighted to watch our dog learn to swim. We grandparents are in our early 70s, and had no problem navigating the short path to the lake, or to walk into the water at the shallow sandy shore. "This was a great house to rent. We had a big group and there were plenty of places to hang out without feeling cramped. It said sleeps 10 and it did, across 3 bedrooms and gameroom. No issues with the bathrooms either! Plenty of towels and blankets, and washing machine/dryer was good. It was super close to the backside of Gunstock so hiking the mountain or enjoying the rides on the other side was easy. Equally, things we did around Laconia were easy to get to.
