"I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. "

"the Staff was very nice from the moment we walked in. super helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do for entertainment in the evening, with teenagers. the fitness room as great. quality equipment. nice pool we ended up going to TopGolf. it was great. check out was a breeze "
