I was traveling with a gentleman who has severe breathing issues and the young man at the desk on Sunday night Stephen I believe was his name was so very helpful to me to get the necessary equipment up to the room. Very noisy. When guests let their door close, the wall would shake and it is audible throughout the hallway. Normal conversations in the hallway are audible within other rooms, probably due to gaps at the bottom of the doors. Thermostats have been "upgraded" but don't regulate room temperature.

Check in and check out went smoothly, the receptionist was kind and courteous ,by the 2nd day we had to go to the front desk, to ask for more towels, trash piled up, and our room was not cleaned.
