"The room was very clean. They put us in an accessible room that we didn’t need, and there was no parking in front of our door because there were work trucks parked all along the side. Other than those two things, the stay was pleasant and it smelled good in there. I was annoyed that the only ice machine was in the lobby which was not very close to the room."

"My only complaint was the charge to park in the parking lot. Most people are there because they have a loved one in the hospital. This extra cost just adds to the stress of the situation. Already paying high prices to rent the room, but to park in the parking lot??? Ridiculous!"
