"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. "Most of the staffs were nice and helpful but the restaurant staffs need to be more efficient. They offered to deliver my breakfast to my room. I waited for at least 45 minutes. I called to to follow up and it was ready to be delivered. I waited again but no one came. I had to come down to pick it up. No apology at all for the delay and bad service."
