"Stayed a night in the queen pod room for four persons and it was ok...very clean, albeit sparse. There's no other furniture in the room, not even a chair/table so we had to sit on the floor. The amenities were basic. They provided toilet paper, towels and hair/body wash, nothing else. The towels smelled a bit musty/damp. The bed was very creaky and the mattress was very thin, like 2 inches, so you can feel the hard board underneath. You can hear noises throughout the night from the busy traffic...

"Works perfectly for a few hours' sleep and shower before going somewhere else. Steps from the beach on a busy street but not noisy once inside, friendly staff, 24-hour reception and a clean bed. Bathroom was clean enough and had hot water. The mattress was hard like wood, I couldn't do more than 1 night, but I would book again if passing by. "I sent money from India for 3 days accommodation. But they refused to recognise it. I had to pay the amount again. Absolute absence of knowledge of English is a drawback. They cannot understand even a word like time. Their office is open only from 9 to 10. There should be a provision to accommodate people on 24X7 basis."

"Most of the staffs were nice and helpful but the restaurant staffs need to be more efficient. They offered to deliver my breakfast to my room. I waited for at least 45 minutes. I called to to follow up and it was ready to be delivered. I waited again but no one came. I had to come down to pick it up. No apology at all for the delay and bad service."
