"Communication after booking with Vrbo was awful. Heard nothing from Vrbo when I called they told me that the property manager did not use the Vrbo system for communicating with the customer. Spoke with letting agent but access documentation didn't arrive till the day before we were due to start our journey so no time for pre-planning. The property was spacious. "The house is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great too! It was a lovely touch that items for cleaning up (washing up liquid, sponges, kitchen cleaner etc.) were within the property. The only negative would be that the towels provided were only small ones, 1 per person and flannels. "

"My understanding is that this is a new to host. Below are a list of items that need improvement at 46 Eastfield Rd. Southampton. -The washer did not work and there is no dryer -Don't trust the pictures -Location is not walking distance to any shops/restaurants -Next to train tracks -Wobbly table....just needs an allen wrench to fix -No wash clothes -Need to supply additional paper towels and TP -Bathroom sink is clogged -Dirty floors....your socks turn brown on the bottom -Tacking strip nails...

"This awful property had potential, but was severely lacking in giving us a home-away-from-home feeling. The photos looked good but were a severe misrepresentation of what we actually got. Broken toilet seat, doors that didn't work properly, damaged carpet. Dirty fridge & microwave. Many disgusting cigarette butts strewn on the back patio. Tiniest TV ever.
