"My understanding is that this is a new to host. Below are a list of items that need improvement at 46 Eastfield Rd. Southampton. -The washer did not work and there is no dryer -Don't trust the pictures -Location is not walking distance to any shops/restaurants -Next to train tracks -Wobbly table....just needs an allen wrench to fix -No wash clothes -Need to supply additional paper towels and TP -Bathroom sink is clogged -Dirty floors....your socks turn brown on the bottom -Tacking strip nails...

"This awful property had potential, but was severely lacking in giving us a home-away-from-home feeling. The photos looked good but were a severe misrepresentation of what we actually got. Broken toilet seat, doors that didn't work properly, damaged carpet. Dirty fridge & microwave. Many disgusting cigarette butts strewn on the back patio. Tiniest TV ever.
