"Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends."

"A little off the beaten path which suits us fine. The staff were wonderful. We had a spacious 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen. Definitely not walkable to the center of Puerto Vallarta. Amazing views and nice pool and jacuzzi on the 7th floor. Property is a bit older, but clean. We enjoyed our stay. "
