The free transfer from the airport is much nicer than advertised - we had a private car with AC, free water, and their own private speedboat to the island. "One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfectly situated by the beach, and fantastic pools. Staff were so attentive and was great to have regular ice water given to us on the beach and evening turndowns. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, although not much to do in the Chongmon area and is a touristy area. "

"Absolutely an amazing resort in Phuket. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with cozy couches, and a seating area on the balcony as well as a soak tub. 2 min walk to the beach with a ton of restaurants, massage parlors, and shops on the strip. Must book a reservation at Black Ginger restaurant, Rivet Restaurant, and the brunch they host on Sundays. They also do a BBQ on Wednesday nights so reserve that as well. "Absolute paradise. Amazing hotel in an amazing quite fairly deserted beach. This part of Krabi is just bliss - very quiet with a few very good restaurants but what more do you need? The hotel is totally beautiful, room is wonderful and staff are amazing. What more can I say - I extended my stay for the longest that I could before I had to get a flight to Kathmandu. If not - I am not sure I would ever have left."

"We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. "My wife and I spent 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in April, 2024. The room and beach were great. The facility itself is enormous, far more so than I had realized when I booked our stay. It's a Marriott, so expect meals to be priced double (or triple) what you might pay at nearby (and far less fancy) restaurants; indeed, meals were priced a good bit higher than what we had paid at similar or nicer hotels in Seam Reap, Bangkok and Hanoi.
