"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"I had a seven night stay arriving a day before my husband Checkin easy and was shown to our room to discover shower over the bath which was not suitable with knee inquiry so asked to change room No problem at all Spent one night by myself and as room had floor above could hear guests walking and furniture being moved during night Asked to change room again to floor above and no problem at all So now in top floor and just great Notice telly was not new so could not get Netflix etc on so...
