"The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"I had several issues with this rental. 1. The capacity should say 8 adults and two kids because the couch did not fit two grown adults and the air mattress kept deflating. We had to keep blowing it up through out the night. It was very loud! 2. Parking - Only street parking is available. Not garage parking as listed in the ad. 3. Limited linen provided. Bring extra sheets if you plan to use the couch or air mattress. 4. Apartment needs some maintenance. Showerhead in one bathroom...

"Amazing stay here in Bayonne .host was able to respond to all questions and concerns within minutes. The bathroom size and studio size was the best part about our stay. We truly enjoyed being here and will definitely recommend the host was very friendly. The studio was clean. And the space was ultimately amazing. Especially for allowing 2 nineteen year olds to stay and enjoy time together. This is definitely a great experience and stay."

"The parking area was good. Once we entered the building the floors were dusty and had trash on the floor. One of the bathrooms stunk and nothing could be done to remove that aroma. Rooms from the listing looked good but there were cracks all over the ceiling and walls. The blankets on the bed had stains on them, some looked like blood stains. "

"Apartment was clean but not as advertised. The Garden room which is considered the first floor was actually the basement. The space was large, but many makeshift doors to cover walls/spaces in basement. On the main floor there was minimal seating space in common spaces, does not accompany 14 people.
