The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained throughout. Staff named Prabhleen and Om helped us . We especially loved the pool – it was super clean, inviting, and a perfect place to relax. The staff were kind, respectful, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Their empathy and understanding really made a difference in our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. It’s a great place to stay – clean, friendly, and truly accommodating. "Friendly staff and convenient location to restaurants as it is along highway 97. Hotel a bit outdated but service and location outweigh this. Wishing our suite had a microwave but that is minor compared to the overall stay. There is a microwave in the lobby for guest use but a bit inconvenient if you are in the far section of the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
