"Spectacular hotel. The whole ambience and aesthetics of the place are incredible, the staff go above and beyond to help you and the rooms and views are spacious and have everything you need. The breakfast was amazing as was the meal in Ting the night before. The sky pool and sauna have the most incredible views of the city and are so relaxing you can easily spend all day there. Would highly recommend, this is my favourite hotel in the world!"

"We have stayed here before It is just 10 mins from London Bridge station so good for transport links and the 188 bus goes to Waterloo station. Bermondsey is a busy area with plenty of pubs, cafes and bars. Good breakfast and very good size bedrooms for London.. Just one very small moan, when we collected our bags late afternoon the complimentary water had no clean glasses and when I mentioned to the chap at reception that the 'overflow' bowl under the tap was full and overflowing he just said OK and then did nothing ! We would stay again."

"The staff is the highlight of this property. They are courteous, pleasant, personable, and responsive to the needs of the guests. The property was well kept and the location was fantastic. The view we booked was exactly as advertised / view of the Thames with Parliament and Big Ben. Breakfast was wonderful; with lots of options for everyone. Excellent stay and central to our itinerary."
