"The reception person who checked us in was unhelpful. She demanded that I have ID. Unfortunately I did not have anything but she eventually relented when I showed her the booking on Hotels.com. She did not tell about the fir alarms going off at 3pm. The information about restaurant opening times was in correct. It was not a good start to our stay. However the rest of the staff more than made up for this. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The room was outwardly clean but on inspection there were toothpaste marks all over the bathroom floor leading into the toilet. I also found the end of a black rubber glove on the floor. Breakfast was good. Checkout was easy and the receptionist was polite and helpful. Would consider staying again"

"A nice reasonably priced place to stay away from central London. Staff was warm and friendly and breakfast was very good. Rooms were on the small side but had a nice modern bathroom. One elevator was out of service the entire week we were there which caused some delays."

"Property very nice. Our room was stuffy. Could not control air conditioner. Staff brought in a fan which helped shower controls difficult to adjust would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Clean, small rooms and excellent bathrooms. Stylish and convenient hotel. I stayed with my partner and our two older children were in a room next door. The neighborhood is quiet and was close to the tube for heading into central London. Highly recommend!"
