"The room was very clean and fresh upon initial arrival. Our ONLY complaint would be that bed linen was NOT changed everyday, we did receive appropriate number of bath linens (having to request additional bath linens several days), the two (2) glasses in restroom were NOT exchanged for clean ones as they were used nor was room vacuumed 3 days in a row (a piece of yarn remained in the same spot) while we were occupants. Otherwise, we DID IMMENSELY enjoy our stay at the Hyatt Regency in London/Albert Embankment, AND would stay again possibly on a higher floor fir mire of a MAGNIFICENT view if London especially for evenings/nights!!! Thank you and Blessings"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait until we can go back! Don't forget your universal outlet adapter if you're coming from the US."
