"The breakfast was plentiful and kept being refreshed. Two issues did happen though - they made you line up to register your room details but rather then trying to seat you they put you in another queue whilst they sorted out clean tables which seemed totally double handling of the people who wanted breakfast - making it longer before you could start eating. The second issue was although there was plenty to choose from they only served streaky bacon so I ended up having ham rather then back bacon as apparently they don’t serve it"

"All clean, London sized rooms, well designed, quiet, bed was as expected not great but not bad. All in all would recommend for a centrally located business stay hotel that isn't stupid expensive for London standards"

"A clean room with good A/C, plenty of towels, a small fridge, and a pretty view of the Shard. What is not to like. The front desk even helped me when I needed a bottle opener. I would definitely stay here again. Near a lot of great restaurants and galleries."
