"Arrived back from our cruise early and got to the hotel at 0900 and were able to store our luggage until we could check in. Asked if there was a restaurant nearby, and was told we could go ahead and eat their buffet even tho we hadn’t checked in yet. Then we were told we could use the swimming pool and restroom while we waited! We’re so tired out from the cruise and just hung out until we could check in, and we’re able to check in early at 1pm. The customer service was the best I’ve ever...

"Very nice stay pre-cruise. Once our plane landed and we headed to hotel pick up area, 5 minutes later we were headed to hotel. Mateo at front desk was efficient and helpful. The room was clean, everything in working order. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The hotel provides a drive to the cruise ship for an added cost. The driver was right on time and friendly. Definitely a place we will stay at again. "
