"Ok for the price but staff at desk were not very helpful. No answer from the reception desk past 8PM. Had to go down to request TV repair. The hotel manager would not entertain a 20 mins late check out as if all rooms would be cleaned simultaneously. Room carpet very dirty and bathroom tiles sticky. Will not stay there again."

"Bar was the best part"

"I have stayed 3 times. Rooms are clean and basic breakfast is just ok. They have a free shuttle for the airport and cruise port which is nice"

"The property was very nice. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating- Robert, Omar, Rose and Enoke were great!"

"The room was fabulous, food was delicious. I highly recommend."

"Had a pool"

"Absolutely terrible, staff was very unprofessional, rude, when I called to try to arrange a slightly early check in they told me it was okay then when we arrived said they never said that. Called me a liar, manager said she purposely was going to make me wait until 3:01pm. She wouldn’t even speak to me about my concerns simply told me how it was going to be and hung up the phone. The room was dirty, no pool available, construction everywhere, no sitting room in the lobby, they charged to use the...

"We were there for work so the no frills accommodation was ok. It was clean and a place to crash after long work days. The wifi was not great and the bed moves away from the wall/ headboard if you are trying to sit up and read or anything. They were great about getting me a blanket and extra pillow. The pillow they brought in was way better than the two provided on the bed . There is not an ice maker on property. They have tiny ice treys but the freezer in the mini fridge did not work...

"Dirty. No service. Under construction Without notify on Appointment"

"Thank you for the stay! We had a great time"

"Wow wow wow. The place was so clean. Immaculate actually. The property was so quiet and well kept. Felt so comfortable in comparison to other places I’ve stayed. I will definitely use this place everytime I’m back in Fort Lauderdale. This definitely is my go to spot now. The pool was nice and it’s right on the water in a great spot close to local restaurants and everything. And communication with the property manager was easy and so accommodating"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!"
