"This was a perfect location to do things in several different directions, Pagosa Springs, South Fork, Creede, and Great Sand Dunes Nat. Park were all easy trips. The room was super clean and comfortable, with large-screen tv, easy access to river. So pretty. Will definitely return."

"Checking in at the front desk the employee was so nice. Told me about all the things that were going on as we stayed over the 4th. The kids had their own space (separate sleeping area) so they could sleep in. I enjoyed amazing coffee from the porch. Close to the river so got to experience that. We are from MN so this was such an awesome place to stay and experience CO. Over the 7 days and 7 different hotel stays this by far take first place! "
