"Our room was nice, spacious, clean, quiet. There are 2 things that I had issue with, the first is that the Home Screen of the room in the tv has few very options for movies, unless you want to spend money On Demand. We couldn’t stream from our phone even though the TV has instructions on its homepage to down whatever app to stream. I called for help but was told they did not have that option. My second gripe was with the pool. It’s basically impossible to get a lounge chair anywhere near the pool. The 21+ pool had 20 (give or take but it wasn’t much more) lounge chairs by the pool, they get snatched up immediately. The rest (cabanas, sun beds) you have to rent at 100s of dollars. The family pool was not much better. There’s a large space in between the 2 pools that also have lounge chairs but it’s nowhere near the pool, and you’re basically just laying on top of asphalt. So if you’re going to a clean quiet hotel, I recommend. But if you’re looking for a place where you can have an easy pool day without shelling out $$$$, I’d stay somewhere else. "

"-After checking the room, found a used kleenex on the floor. -had to request for the TV Remote -On our last day, we had to check out early because the shower floor was clogged up and flooded the whole bathroom! -phone was staticky, could hardly hear the operator. Long wait to speak to the Front Desk"

"It is the best resort to have a vacation. Pool, grandness and environment are great. A little bit congestive since people love the place."

"Cj at check-in was very nice this time, she is much nicer now compared to years ago. Leah @ the steakhouse very nice, it's always good at the bar when she's there. Not many people there, but other casinos nearby look very slow too. The water slide wasn't open on easter. Crazy"
