"Nice property. Feels very upscale and you're paying for upscale. At first glance, it feels clean. The rooms are nicely furnished, the casino is where it's at. The pool and its attendents were nice and welcoming, the housekeeping staff seemed genuine. We enjoyed the security of requiring a room key to access the rooms and that you could only access your floor. The cons: All of our dining experiences here were left wanting. The first night, we ate at twenty-four seven twice. The first dining experience, we were sat next to a large table who contained a belligerent and drunk gentleman who accused his waitress of smoking weed because she took so long then drinking his beer because she didn't bring it. The next dining experience there late that night, our poor waiter was so flustered and our food took over half an hour. The following night we had the buffet. Our attendent was very nice, but the food was left wanting. The prime rib was dry. The lobster tails, overcooked, but the crab was decent. After gambling, we went to our room to freshen up. Children on our floor decided to run throughout our floor Twenty-Fou/Seven, again, because there isn't any other option. Our food took a while again. Two ordered well burgers. They came out pink. When we notified our waitress, "

"I had car trouble during my stay. The staff accommodated me by letting me extend my stay in the same room for an extra night.That was so helpful."

"Great breakfast! Lots of variety and replenished frequently. The rooms were very clean and updated. Overall property is great. TV in our room didn't work so we went to front desk, the offered a credit or to change rooms. Was sad pool was closed until May. "

"Upon arrival on Tuesday after traveling all day the young gentleman that checked me in was not very inviting. He stands behind a plastic barrier ( COVID is over, or is there that much security needed)and speaks which is hard to understand. Next day needed extra key (Wednesday) and was met with middle aged man who couldn't be more friendly. However really enjoyed the cabin."

"Property is spacious. Room was very clean. Heater and water temperature worked great. Only issue was that upon arrival, the door to my room was unlocked and the lock did not work. I called the number provided and maintenance arrived promptly to try to fix the issue. After not being able to fix it, I was offered another room. "
