"Fantastic few days in relaxing Hotel Chez la Pacha and experience of North African life. Everything was great from sitting by the pool to 4x4 drive to the desert to watch the sun set. The staff were all fabulous. "

"We stayed at this hotel one night. The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. Pool area is big and clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The other staff seemed sad and unhappy. Not as friendly as we’ve experienced at other facilities in Marrakech and Fes. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was very light... no fruits was disappointing. I would stay at this property again."

"Accès à l'hôtel impossible sauf à des voyageurs sac à dos. Escalier difficile au début et très étroit par la suite. Chambre sans confort. Le préposé à l’accueil a très bien compris la situation et en principe ne nous facturera pas. De plus comme le titre indiquait Agdz nous pensions que l'hôtel était bien à Agdz, mais en fait il est dans la province d'Agdz, à 40 km au sud de Agdz en direction de Zagora! "We absolutely loved Hassan at the front desk, a guy who tries to make everything wonderful. But there were far too many things out of his control and the owner never seemed to be present. The hotel listing indicated that the following would be offered: a separate living room, a microwave, a minibar, an espresso maker and a desk. None of these were in the room. We are not sure who is responsible for these listings but we feel severely misled. We booked on the condition that these things would...
