Called multiple times prior to arrival including contacting Hotels.com for assistance to contact hotel with no success. Upon landing in Changi, called hotel and informed me check in is 24/7. Also itinerary says must have Covid card. Both are no longer required and should be removed from hotel instructions! Otherwise, good customer...
