"We had a good experience with Navel in the front desk. He took great care of us and allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up before we went out exploring. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows, which are very important to me. The bathroom was just OK and a little outdated. Needs a face-lift. "The room was basic, clean and roomy. We did not have a view. I was a little disappointed but honestly, we were constantly leaving to go see and do things in wonderful London. Carolina at the check in front desk was so kind and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. Great restaurants were all around this hotel. Shops, museums, and historic places all around us. We are coming back and staying here again!"
