"A very pleasant stay in a nice hotel in a beautiful location. In the heart of the New Forest and miles of beautiful walks without needing to use your car to access them. Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. The only issue was very slow service at breakfast - having ordered simple mains we waited over 45 for these to arrive - unacceptable for a simple breakfast service. "Loved the hotel , great value for all the extras we got , staff very friendly and helpful restaurant and bar amazing . Gardens so pretty , only negative but not really a negative, the rooms are a bit dark and don’t match the coastal theme with the rest of the hotel . Will definitely come back when we cruise again 😁"
