"Clean room, breakfast okay."

"Not upto guest house standard, it is an HMO masquerading as a guest house. The bed we were offered had a mattress about 2" thick. We left immediate and found somewhere else to stay, worst booking I've ever made. Although the price was cheap, it was not worth the effort of getting there."

"No front desk, only a phone number to call for help. Check in is strictly enforced at 3:00pm. The four digit code, sent by email after you pay, to open the front door begins working at 3:00pm. No safe room or place inside the hotel to store your suitcase if you arrive before 3:00pm."

"The best thing I can say about this place is that the staff memberqho greeted me was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. That said, I was very tired after a very full day, so I probably could have fallen asleep on concrete. The room was grimy and shabby. It didn't look like it had been cleaned particularly well. Surfaces were wiped, but I don't think the carpet had been hoovered. I won't be staying there again."

"Having seen other reviews, we were pleasantly surprised to see that whilst the main areas of the hotel look a little outdated and in need of renovation, our room was clean and we were given a sea-view room. However, the toilet did not flush at all and the shower did not work; we only discovered this as we were getting ready for check out. "Don’t book here unless you are happy with broken furniture, stained carpets with burn marks, curtains hanging off a single hook and not covering windows. A bathroom window in the shower/bath facing the street without frosting or efficient covering. Old bed, full of lumps and ridges, only fit for the rubbish tip, stale cigarette smoke wafting through passages and random pieces of furniture and hoover in the passages. Staff catnapping in “waiting area”"

"There was nothing to like ... the photos and description on line are misleading and false. We found alternatives accommodation so never even stayed at this hotel."

"It is very nice budget accommodation. The location is outstanding, right on the beach. The parking could be a challenge. It cost £10 a day. Shower was lovely hot. All restaurants are close by. Including band stand. We have a lovely stay. We will come back again"
