"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"We (2 adults & 1 tween) stayed for 5 nights and couldn't have been happier. The place is very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communication with our host was easy. Everything you need is there for cooking laundry etc. The property is metres away from pubs, an amazing Indian restaurant, Waitrose, Cook, high street shops, coffee shops etc. If planning to visit the New Forest again we would definitely return. "Fabulous location within easy walking distance of the key shops, restaurants, and cathedral, parks etc. Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). Would be helpful to have everything in one place. However, that didn't spoil an...
