"If you are looking for a beautiful and serene place in Sooke, surrounded by nature, Scarlet Oak has this all covered, and more! The stunning oak tree is central to the property and is surrounded by other trees and a glorious garden. Waking up in this peaceful place with the birds singing, while enjoying a coffee in the covered pavilion or in your private covered patio, was a wonderful way to start each day. The location is perfect for easy access to all the excursions and adventures to be had on this part of the Island and beyond. Nancy and Tony are wonderful, welcoming and kind people, who made our stay feel like a home away from home. The suite itself is very comfortable and leaves you wanting for nothing. We can’t thank them enough for everything and we will absolutely be back."

"We came to Sooke for a girls weekend with 7 friends, the penthouse was amazing. The best location with a beautiful view. The owner provided some suggestions on activities. We went whale watching which was totally amazing, and only a 5 minute drive. Enjoyed the outside deck for relaxing and having snacks. I would highly recommend this property xo"

"It is an absolutely gorgeous home. So close to Whiffin Spit, beautiful neighborhood, close to everything Sooke has to offer. Short drive to Shirley and Victoria. The house is immaculately clean, rain shower in bathroom with heated floor. Kitchen is well stocked with many of the things you would need and a great spice rack. Living room is cozy with a gas fireplace for those damp cooler days. Nice treats left for guests and friendly family to visit with. Right across the street is a whale watching company and fishing charters close by. Run, don’t walk to this rental."
