"Hotel rooms were dated & little tired, the air conditioning was poor. Definitely not a 4* hotel in today’s market, probably was in the 1980’s! Don’t upgrade your room, they are all virtually the same, not worth the extra money! Good location & facilities, food was on the whole fine, staff were all excellent!"

"Our room had a musty/drain smell. No tea/coffee facilities. Sparse choice of food. Wouldn’t rate as a 4 star hotel. Staff very friendly."

"The room was ok, clean for the most part and nice location and views. My lower rating is just to do with the A/C in the room. For the first 3 days the room was boiling even though it was on. We did raise this with reception and they admitted the whole building was on heating, and said it was fixed. It took another day and a half before it properly worked."
