"Sauberes Zimmer"

"This hotel was horrible and such a disappointment for a 4 star. Upon arrival the staff failed to tell us their indoor pool overflowed, we had no hot water, our room smelled like sewage, and they never offered a credit. Would not recommend this spot. It felt like we were in the Dominican."

"Sehr empfehlenswert!

Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"The hotel was in a great location right across from the beach and just the right distance from the airport. Staff was nice and attentive; the room was super clean. Breakfast had a great variety and even offered bubbly. Also loved the lounge with Live music in the evening. I did have some noisy guests above me but that was not the the hotels fault. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palma."

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"

"Lovely place to stay. Great location and breakfast, friendly owners and staff, and our room with a terrace was ideal for our anniversary break in Palma. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also try the Pizza from the shop next door."
