"Beautiful and well maintained property and grounds. The gardens are beautifully planted and a pleasure to walk around. The spa and swimming pool facilities are well appointed; and outdoor lounging and dining areas are great for enjoying the surrounding mountains and fine weather. Stefan’s fine dining restaurant tasting menu was interesting and well executed and staff all knowledgable and friendly. Hope to return! Great spot. "

"Very friendly service and great value for money. There were some issues with our Expedia booking, but the staff did what they could to ensure that it was minimally disruptive. The unit is very very big and definitely could host a family quite easily. There seemed to be too few parking bays for the number of guests, but we sorted that out amongst each other. "My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...
