"We had a great stay here. Each of the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Those who worked breakfast worked so hard in making sure things were refilled in a timely manner. Everyone had a smile. The room and building was clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. The heated pool was a bonus with the kids. "

"Gorgeous property in a quieter section of Carmel with easy access to Carmel Valley, Carmel By the Sea, and Monterey. Our family really enjoyed exploring the grounds and playing on the 9 hole putting course. We unknowingly booked our stay during Monterey Car Week, so some of the property amenities (golf, tennis, some restaurants) were not available during our stay. However, Jennifer from the front desk worked her magic to make our stay fantastic despite the surprise. If you stay at the Quail, be sure to check out the nearby Hacienda and Wagon wheel for family fun and a great breakfast, respectively. "
