It’s very well appointed with everything you need and very clean and comfortable! Really nice backyard space and the manager was quick with responses and flexible with letting us get in a little early. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here for easier access to get to the raceway; however, it was not as close as it seemed due to the canyon roads that this location requires you to drive in order to reach the destination. The accommodation itself is clean and welcoming, just be careful when entering the side door at night as there are many unexpected steps and I almost face planted (my fault for not using a light). "Owner has done a wonderful job of updating the house even having HVAC installed. The area is "old" and there's a lot of street parking but the house has a short driveway for 1 car. The fenced in back yard was good for our dogs."

"Fabulous 3bd, 2bth in Seaside, just north of Monterey. Great location, easy to get around, small market, liquor store and bakery within walking distance. Well appointed, truly lovely. Only one thing, there wasn't a Kleenex box to be found. Just sayin'. All in all, couldn't be happier and would absolutely stay again."

"This is a two BR, one bath, very recently upgraded kitchen, bathroom, and living area, Brand new appliances. Wi-Fi excellent. Without cable, we couldn’t watch favorite football, etc, but good otherwise. Tiny yard but complete privacy. Incredible view over town and Monterey Bay. "

"The house was nice and close to Monterey and Carmel. There were a few things that the house was lacking. The trash from the previous guest had not been emptied, and the coffee maker and toaster did not work. The TV was glitchy and the remote only worked on and off. The host was quick to communicate and was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay in Monterey."

"Great location for easy access to Laguna Seca where we were attending an event, as well as restaurants and waterfront. Instructions for fire pit were not provided but when we asked, the simple steps were shared and we enjoyed sitting out front each evening as the sun set. Exterior shows some wear from age and being so close to the water, but interior was well appointed including helpful labels on switches."
