"The manager is friendly and helpful. The sofa in the room needs to be upgraded. Bed is comfortable. They are serving breakfast downstairs which is nice. Also room service is provided again. They had stopped it for a while. Bathtub was not clean. That was a bummer. "

"Fantastic stay! The room was clean, good facilities in the kitchen, close to Sokcho and Seoraksan, the owners were lovely, nice space to get free coffee downstairs, AMAZING after our stay HOT TUB and the owner did a drop off for us in Sokcho. "

"Location and view were great. Deluxe room was a bit disappointing. It needed some tlc and a thorough clean. Headboard, lamp, top of fridge were covered in dust, kitchen island, bottom of shower door needed cleaning as well as blinds especially ones near hot tub. This put us off using the hot tub which attracted us to the room in the first place. The bed side table was damaged and wallpaper was missing in places. I struggled with the toilet and shower door as they were heavy duty glass. The key...
