"Was a good overnight stay."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First and foremost, the property is not fully completed and is still undergoing construction, which was not made clear at the time of booking. Additionally, the hotel lacks basic amenities, including adequate food options and essential guest services. The electrical outlets are not properly equipped to accommodate standard appliances, and as a result, my $200 blow-dry brush was damaged. To make matters worse, there was no iron...

"The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"Room is very small , not as comfortable as I expected and everything is overly expensive. Excepted much more for my money"

"The room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and quick in service."

"I have no complaints"

"Staff and hotel were both excellent."

"Good location for business travelers and good value for money."

"I think some more lighting would be nice in the front of the building, There was insufficient lighting around the hotel"

"Good clean moderate hotel"

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."

"Loved the stay the staff was amazing!!"

"Room/apartment was clean but needs some updating with painting Staff was excellent no complaints Breakfast was fur filling and simple Outdoor pool was clean lounge chairs need replacing mostly all are damaged Overall I would stay again and recommend to others"
