"I have no complaints"

"Room is very small , not as comfortable as I expected and everything is overly expensive. Excepted much more for my money"

"Good location for business travelers and good value for money."

"I think some more lighting would be nice in the front of the building, There was insufficient lighting around the hotel"

"Loved the stay the staff was amazing!!"

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."

First and foremost, the property is not fully completed and is still undergoing construction, which was not made clear at the time of booking. Additionally, the hotel lacks basic amenities, including adequate food options and essential guest services. The electrical outlets are not properly equipped to accommodate standard appliances, and as a result, my $200 blow-dry brush was damaged. To make matters worse, there was no iron...

"Unsafe to go there. Very dirty, sheets with stains on them, garbage on the floor, garbage everywhere. I didn't take the breakfast for safety reason. Such a place is a total disrespect for travelers"

"The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"Staff friendly, Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment are one block away - Memorable moments. Much needed minor improvements on the property and in the rooms are strongly recommended."

"This place is not located @the address on it’s web site 29 sheriff st in G/town,also the contact number is not real"
