"Room was clean and update. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff tried to meet all needs as possible.There was always someone on the floor to ensure all is well. Great customer service! Breakfast, a wide variety..continental, Chinese and Caribbean/Guyanese dishes. There was one slight problem Sunday morning breakfast overcrowded (06/21/2026), some guests staying at hotel was locked out from breakfast area although paid in hotel charges for daily breakfast. I think management need to fix this...

"the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)"

"We weren’t put on a higher floor as indicated at booking. When questioned we were told there was a leak/problem on 5th floor. Hoping for another corner room on a higher floor [than 1] we were shown alternative rooms that were smaller. Additionally the pillows were stained with red juice or wine. Considering the newness of the hotel more was expected. The front desk manager, Ebony was firm and proactive with training she’ll be a great. However the hotel could do better should be better...

"This hotel was conveniently located for our trip. They need some improvements on the back balcony. The rooms were nice, clean the air condition was cool, but the staffs were amazing. From the breakfast to the bar and the reception."

"Like the cleanness of the room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing the hotel needs an elevator and some Ottoman or benches in the room to put your suitcases on. Had to put it on the floor. Overall it was good. In the future will give the other location a try."
