There were people making noise on the 4th floor late at night for hours, and despite my complaints, the hotel did nothing.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years as a business traveler. This time around I must say I was very disappointed. The food was HORRIBLE, from the breakfast to lunch to dinner. On one occasion I got STALE rice with my order and was very disheartened it only one example. I think it is due to the new staff that this hotel brought on. I am reconsidering staying at a different hotel on my future trips.
