"Westin exceeded our expectations. Check in and transfer from the airport was flawless. They are well organized and efficient which is appreciated after a long travel day. We got early check in and late check out to accommodate for our flights. The staff is hands down the best staff of anywhere I’ve been- shout out to arthur, Sarah at the vara, ani gigi and all the waitresses at vara I can’t remember all their names they are all wonderful. Everytime they pass by you they greet you with a smile. So polite and friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good in my opinion- slim options for a picky eater like myself so can’t imagine staying for longer than we did (5 days). There are only two restaurants with the same menu and one with a rotating menu but we didn’t get in our entire stay because it was booked. Our over water bungalow with pool was phenomenal. We never left. Room service was efficient and good. I have nothing bad to say. The only thing I will say is you need reservations for most things you do when the hotel is full. So dinner, activities, etc. it was a little frustrating it was all booked for our stay so we didn’t get to do everything we wanted but overall a wonderful stay at the Westin and we will definitely be back!! "Paradise right here. Can’t get any better. Staying in bungalows over the water was a dream. Water crystal clear with amazing snorkeling right off your balcony. Snorkel gear and kayaks included with stay. Staff super friendly. Food very hood. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Otherwise food was pricey. Nice pool. Dream location"

"Gorgeous place. About 20 min drive from airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The pool is amazing. Beach is black sand. Hotel offers free kayaking with your stay. Food was good but pricey. No meals were included. The rooms were lovely. The suites had 2 floors and 2 balconies with beautiful views of the beach and listening to the waves when falling asleep. Highly recommend "

"Loved everything about the property in general. The resort itself is beautiful and the view from the oceanside is breathtaking (directly across from Moorea). We saw a school of dolphins playing the first morning we arrived. The infinity pool is also beautiful. Did not like the toilet in the bedroom. It was a strange oblong/rectangle shape, too high off the ground and extremely uncomfortable. There was a sink in the toilet room that was too tiny, and the towel ring was close to the floor and toilet. Quite odd and not super sanitary. Otherwise, the room itself was very spacious and clean. Nice little kitchenette, although it was advertised there would be a "full-size" refrigerator and it was only a mini fridge. Showerhead had a lot of mineral buildup and the water did not go down the drain very quickly, leading to a lot of pooling of water on the floor. Breakfast buffet was decent (included - not sure if I would pay extra because it is the same every single day). Lots of mosquitoes...bring bug spray and itch cream! 8.5/10 would recommend."
