"Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, lovely bar with good deals on, room nice size just unfortunately not 5* as our bathroom had a horrible smell of cigarettes (we were in non smoking room) but apart from that it was a good hotel "

"The hotel is a bit old. Location is not close to MRT station. Need to walk around 15-20 mins from the hotel. Breakfast food is average. Price is a bit higher as compared with other hotel with similar location."

"There were people smoking around the corner of the main entrance when we walked from MTR late at night even though there was a signage for no smoking."

"The breakfast is stopped at 10:30 am and lunch started at 12 noon. I tried to caught a bus at 12:10 to airport, so there's nothings available between the hour. I went to airport early. And the AC wasn't working properly, the temperature was up and down that matched with the thermostat. "

"Wonderful breakfast to start the day and the hotel is central to whatever you would like to do. Buses out the front and train a few blocks away. It is within walking distance of the temple street night markets. There is a great food court downstairs where the meals are cooked fresh to order and where you can have a beer or wine. The staff were courteous and obliging. A great clean hotel to stay in when you are visiting Hong Kong. Linda & John Australia"
