"It was a small well maintained clean comfortable motel with great rates."

"The entire staff was helpful, pleasant & friendly. The rooms were emaculate & smelled wonderful . The breakfast was hot, choices very nice & again extremely clean."

"The bathroom door would not close at all. Pillow on bed was the size of a throw pillow. The breakfast was so bad. You wouldn’t feed this food to your dogs. But the place was real clean."

"We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"You get your money's worth"

"The property is dated and needs a complete update."

"Good place to stay, if you need to be in Bristol. My room had fridge and microwave - both clean, but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because Expedia says "breakfast included". "A restful stay, the nice lady at the check in counter searched (and found) several extra. regular coffee packets for the in room coffee maker, i am an early riser and the coffee was good and convenient (and did it's job!) overall a great experience with a surprisingly low price ! Great job!!!"

"Would have liked more electrical outlets to charge our numerous devices."

"It was ok for a cheap one night place to sleep. It was clean."

"It smelled like roaches. The whole place. Although i only saw 1 dead one you could let they place was invested at some point. They didn't even try to have air freshener in the room or anything."

"If you don’t expect much you won’t be disappointed not much light in the room bed lumpy and uncomfortable no breakfast and no pool. For the price what do you expect"

"Excellent stay at the Osceola. The owner and staff are passionate about giving guests the best experience possible. The building also looks great. Anyone visiting should stay there!"

"Great bed and breakfast in the beautiful small town of Quincy. Bek was a wonderful and accommodating host. Was there for parents weekend at FSU and it was a reasonable distance from Tallahassee. The surrounding neighborhood has some beautiful homes and mature oak trees that were impressive."
